The private shuttle is somewhere between a shared shuttle and a taxi. It is generally a luxury car reserved in advance for a group or for you alone. Your driver will meet you at the airport and take you to your hotel in central Paris.

Taxis are a simple and comfortable way of getting to the centre of Paris. A flat-rate taxi fare applies for journeys from the capital to Paris airports and vice versa. At the airport, taxi ranks are located in front of the terminals. All you have to do is follow the taxi signs out of the baggage reclaim area.

Please note that only vehicles located in official taxi ranks are authorised to operate. We therefore recommend that you decline any offer of transport in the terminals from unofficial taxis.

You can also opt for shared taxis, which operate on the car-sharing model. They offer definite savings compared with a private taxi. Booking is compulsory and the fare is fixed in advance and guaranteed. You’ll find them towards pre-ordered vehicles, as with private shuttles.
